EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION
TRIP COSTS - PER PARTICIPANT IN A DOUBLE ROOM
$4900 - Land ONLY
-$1100 child reduction - for any child ages 2-12 sharing their parent's room as a 3rd occupant
Second Timers Trip – an extra $590
Single Supplement – an extra $2000 – automatically applied to any participant rooming alone
A $250 deposit per person must be paid upon registration. Without payment, the registration will not be accepted. The balance will need to be paid by October 1st, 2020, minus the deposit paid.
Up to 90 days before departure – free cancellation. The deposit will not be returned but kept as a credit with the company for an unlimited time and can also be passed on to family and friends.
90 – Any day during the tour – the deposit payment along with any and all fees requested by hotels and suppliers.
We do not offer flights but are happy to connect you with a travel agent. Regardless, flight information with direct confirmation from the airline will need to be sent.
HOTEL UPGRADES AND EXTRAS
Once registered, you are more than welcome to choose any VIP services, transfers, and hotel room upgrades (see HOTEL UPGRADES and VIP SERVICE AND TRANSFERS pages).
